Shipping Information

Order Processing Time: We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery after dispatch)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery after dispatch)
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian regions and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope every Bellerose piece exceeds your expectations, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Here’s how our process works:

Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
Return Conditions:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
  • Original tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
Important: For hygiene reasons, items from our Intimates + Lounge collection cannot be returned unless faulty. Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages) are also not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer service will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully repackage with all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Phoenix address (1454 Cambridge Drive, Phoenix, US 85027) using a trackable method.

Refund Process

Timing: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Method: Refunds are credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

Follow the same return process above, clearly indicating the new item and size you want. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
