Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition with tags attached. Please note:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
Important: For hygiene reasons, our Intimates + Lounge collection cannot be returned unless faulty. This policy reflects our commitment to quality and customer care.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request using the template below.
- Wait for Approval: Our customer service team will respond within 24 hours (during business days) with return instructions.
- Package Your Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Phoenix address using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly indicate the item and size you wish to exchange for
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items
Occasionally, certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly indicated on the product page.
